Fastest route from Silicon Valley:

• 580 East past Livermore to 205 North
  Note: In-N-Out Burger is on Central Tracy exit; also Arco gas
  
• 5 North towards Sacramento
  
• Hwy 120E
  
• Hwy 99N for just a little bit
• Catch Hwy 120E again (1st Hwy 99 exit)
• Left on Jack Tone Road
  
• Right (East) on Hwy 4 (towards Farmington)
  
• At the t-bone stop sign in Angels' Camp, turn right.
  
• Left at 1st signal (Murphys Grade Rd.); this takes you through Murphys, a nice little town with great restaurants and wineries
  
• Left at Hwy 4
  
• Keep going on Hwy 4; when you see the population sign for Dorrington and the 5,000 ft elevation signs, pay attention. Turn right on Board's Crossing.
  
• Stay on Board's Crossing (it jogs left) and turn left on Sierra Parkway.
  
• Turn right on Shoshone; left at the end of this short leg (it remains Shoshone).
  
• Turn right on Hoopa
  
• Turn right on Hoopa Circle
  
• Turn left into the Country Houses.
